This last term has gone so quick. Brilliant work everyone and great to see so many of you successful with planks and roll down and rolling up great work.
There are 3 more weeks of classes. Pay as you attend. There will be no classes from Monday 10th August for 4 weeks. Term restarts on Monday 7th September.
I will be offering 4 workshops over the 4 week break for those of you who can't manage without Pilates and want to have a few fun hours.
For those of you off on various vacations an trips, enjoy, safe travels. Stand tall and do a little practice!!
