Week 1 - Sways try and do when cleaning your teeth.
Week 2 - to do in bed practice breathing, abdominal control and pelvic tilts.
Week 3 - think posture, stand tall feet hip width distance, toes and heels inline, take a moment to focus on how the weight feels between the left and right foot and toes and heel. Closing your eyes helps with this.
Week 4 - practice 1 legged stance with the magic finger, hold for 10 - 20 seconds. Try with your eyes closed as well!!
Wait for week 5!!

NO classes or studio sessions from 26th February - 6th March 2016 as I am away skiing.
This is going to be a fun, interesting term with various new exercises and wonderful fascia release.
