Wow what a weekend! Just finished the first pilates retreat with a fabulous group of ladies. Fort Belan was a great venue choice, lots of Pilates, amazing food (Outstanding catering by Tom and Jen) CPR training with Janet, shoulder care session with physio Izy, facials, a quiz and of course wine and chocolate! Thanks to everyone who came and to Tom, Jen, Janet and Izy for the help.
The last term of the year has started running for 6 weeks, I am away 4th - 12th December so no classes this week. Last week of term is 14th - 17th December when there will be a special Christmas session, lots of fun so don't miss this!

SEE HOMEWORK IDEAS ON CLASSES & FEES PAGE. REGULAR HOME PRACTICE MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.
Try to do a little Pilates practice each day, try and eat a healthy diet odds cheats are fine life needs chocolate and wine! Try and have a daily walk particularly as the weather is improving and review your skin care routine and most importantly check the products you use. Are they natural, free from all harmful chemicals, suitable for all skin types and cruelty free, if not then Why not try TROPIC skin care range, 100% natural, organic, not tested on animals and made in the UK. By far the best skin care range I have used.
Watch out it will be Christmas soon!! - Look at my Tropic page for some great ideas
