Modern Pilates uses small subtle exercises that are designed to promote good posture, flexibility and controlled breathing, whilst toning muscles to develop a leaner, firmer body.

STUDIO CLOSURE

Please note the Studio is closed from Monday 7th May (enjoy the Bank holiday sun!!) to Friday 11th May.
As Pam and I are both away in Birmingham with MELT training and attending The British Fascial Symposium.

Class back to normal on Monday 14th May.
