Ever fancied trying Pilates? No idea what it is? Now’s Your Chance!

Modern Pilates uses small subtle exercises that are designed to promote good posture, flexibility and controlled breathing, whilst toning muscles to develop a leaner, firmer body.

JULY MELT classes – Thursday 13th at 6.30pm, Wednesday 19th at 11am or Friday 21st at 2pm. Limited places so book in quick.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Charity event for Breast cancer awareness. We have raised £300 so far.

I know you all enjoyed the cakes, chatting, Melting, facials and massages. Well done to the brave ones who tried out the ‘Machines’. If you were unable to come to the event but are still keen to try the ‘machines’ let me know and we can sort a taster session out, raffle tickets are available until September. Huge thanks to Pam, Holly, Debbie, Jen, Steffi and the wonderful cake makers. Team work makes life so much easier.  See you all in class.

 

GENTLE PILATES – New Class

Starting Thursday 20th July at The Studio in Llangefni 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Gentle Pilates focuses on seated and supported standing work.

£50 for 5 weeks.

This small class (max. 6 people) is ideal for people who have mobility difficulties and struggle getting up from or down to the floor.
