We will be offering 2 new classes for beginners.

Ideal for those who have never tried MELT or Pilates or clients who have attended Pilates but never tried MELT

Tuesdays at 11.40am starting 21st September.

Thursdays at 6pm starting 16th September.

The unique blend of Pilates and Melt is truly life changing for the whole body.

When The Studio reopens we will be adhering to all Government Covid guidelines in respect to opening the studio and have the relevant Covid Risk Assessments in place.

All clients booked into classes or private sessions will be sent full instructions for safe use of the Studio and these must be adhered to for everyone’s safety.
